We have partnered with Matthew Genser to provide the manufacturing and shipping of his designs. This is not an Open source frame and we can not provide files or changes to this frame. With the purchase of this frame, we provide all CF and Hardware for the frame.

Flying exclusively under 250g I have felt the pain of limited options. Most companies throw quads together without really considering how it looks or flies.
Building tight as possible gives a better center of gravity. Shorter standoffs on impact will be prone to less stress. Keeping everything tight & centered means electronics are safer and the overall flight experience will be better.
A true X, props are in view with the performance taking priority over the viewing experience. This frame is designed to take any electronics except 16x16 it has mounting for 20x20, 25.25x25.5, and 30.5x30.5 (I have not tested the 30.5 electronics yet so consider that it may be tight. You have 50mm clearance from the inner post to inner post). It also has a 20x20 mounting hidden in the top plate's inner triangular cut-offs.
Motor mounting for 9x9mm or 12x12 however the 12mm does not line up with the frame meaning you'll need to wrap the wires around the arms.
Nano cameras will fit inside the frame on one side and larger cameras will be able to fit on the other side once I design some custom mounts for them.
Your battery can be mounted regularly or toilet tanked on top or bottom of the quad allowing you to experience different feels as well as build in racer or freestyle configurations.
Every hole is protected by a decent amount of carbon with the desire to give as much strength and stiffness as possible without being too heavy
I grew up in a time when people would take cheap cars, buy conversion kits to turn Fieros into Lambos. This inspired a frame that could be used to take a cheap drone and convert it into something special.
So go ahead and buy the cheapest bind and fly on aliexpress and transfer it over to this frame!
This is a frame on its own that you can build however you would like. I encourage you to make your own canopies, mounts and add-ons!
You can also order a Happymodel Crux35 and transfer everything over to it. You'll still be able to plugin to your flight controller from underneath! If you do this with the analog version I would suggest 15mm standoffs and printing my ugly mount off Thingiverse.
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5690489There is also a mount that should work for any nano analog or nano HD cams as well.
This frame is still in development. There will be many more accessories, action camera mounts, motor bumpers, capacitor & Antenna mounts as well as a way to be able to just plug your battery in without hanging wires. I am also going to design canopies for racing and toothpick style builds & a way to build in pusher formation.
The DJI 03 came out a few days after I finished designing but I will eventually have a way to make it work as well. I'm going to continue making this the sub250 drone that does it all.
This means you can order a ton and build in different ways knowing you'll always be able to change things up as well as get used to a specific weight which will allow you to find what you like best.
Suggestions
Buy a crux35 analog and transfer it over for the cheapest amazing value experience you can have (remember to buy 15mm standoffs and print the ugly mount)
Recommend for a DIY Build
Motors: 1404 3-4s
Props: T3.5x2.5x3 hqprops
Flight controller: AIO 25.5
VTX: TBS UNIFY PRO32 NANO 5G8 V1.1(400+mw) or Open VTX(350mw)
Receiver: Happymodel EP2 ExpressLRS receiver
Or Combo VTX & Reciever: happymodel elrs fyujion 2n1 (300mw)
Extra notes:
For the most responsiveness, I would build on the 3mm frame with 2mm top plate as light as possible. Crux35 transfer makes this easy!
If you are planning to mount an action cam you will have to toilet tank the battery on top.
Use 4mm base plate if you are planning to race as the stiffness at 4mm is excellent.
