The Skelter5 is a 5" frame designed by Michael Wilson

This is an open-source frame which we provide the carbon fiber and hardware. We provide the manufacturing to order and provide as a kit. Included are the carbon fiber parts and assembling hardware. 3D printed parts are not provided. Most production times are about 3 - 5 days, but can be affected by work load at the time of the order. For any 3d printing needed for the frame, files can be found at the 3D Print files tab. Please check out https://www.brain3d.co/ and they can help with having anything you need printed.

Note: We are not the designer and are not responsible if the frame is not as you expected. We only cut the files provided from the designer or from the source files links. It's your responsibility to research the frame before purchasing. Frames are all custom cut and are started once an order is placed. SKELTER5 V2*

Update* added optional top plate for toilet tank configuration

A 5" freestyle frame. Designed to provide a balance between durability and agility; while still maintaining great frame resonance to reduce gyro noise. Last but not least, multi video system support with 20, 25.5, and 30.5 mounting in the rear.

The SKELTER5 V2 was my chance to further refine the frame based off feedback.

My frame design was greatly inspired by Alexandre Arvinte and the wu tank max2 https://www.printables.com/model/317882-wu-tank-max2-sparrow-edition-5-6-inch-freestyle-fr. What started out as a simple remix for my personal use, has evolved into this. A frame that I'm proud to share with the community. If you choose to fly this frame please share and provide feedback. Positive or negative feedback is welcome. A lot of R and D has gone into this design, and my goal is to provide the best experience I can for you the community.

Changes madeImproved arm locking. To reduce variables a center tpu print has been added. This print will create a tighter fit as well as adding additional vibration dampening.

Top and bottom plate has been narrowed.
Arm length has been increased to better fit a 5.5" prop.
Rear standoffs have been adjusted to around 20mm spacing. The spacing has been adjusted to allow even more versatility in print selection. At 20mm the rear standoffs are similar or close to Quadmula, tbs source one v5, cockroach v2 freestyle, five33 switchback, as well as many other universal mounts.
All changes made allowed for a frame that has true 5.5" prop arms at the same weight without compromise.
Added two more camera .step files. These files are listed as 30mm camera plates. The 30mm camera plates allow for a 22mm deck height. You will need to replace the two front standoffs with 30mm standoffs and the rear with 22mm standoffs. The .step files are uploaded and the .dxf files will be available soon

rear 220 gps mount uses two parts. The main part is designed for a 20mm standoff to pass through
rear gps has three base lengths to accommodate different antenna configurations
universal gopro mount has spacing for standard washers, as well as countersink finishing washers
two universal vtx antenna mounts
one designed for stock included antenna, and other for antennas with 4mm tube
universal vtx antenna has a tpu lock ring similar to what quadmula uses
different receiver antenna mount. Universal as we as specific. Radiomaster and betafpv are a more durable mount. May fit others as well
couple other prints are labeled with elrs in their description. Those are incorporating the standard thin happymodel style antennas
xt60 grommet for top plate to protect the power leads from being cut up
gopro hero 5/6/7 fixed mounts at 20/25/30 degree angles
* Added step, dxf, and a scaled image of battery bad for cricut style cutting machines
