We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. We do not take returns or cancel orders for a product once it has been cut or shipped. Frames are cut to order and once cut will be shipped. We are not the designers of the frames on the site and are not responsible if they don't work as intended.  Please make sure to check out the links for the frame when provided and do any needed research before ordering to make sure the frame is what you want.
