Description from the Designer:
Like it's big brother the eVo10", the eVo7" is uniquely designed macroquad 7" frame that allows you the ability to mount each arm at three different angles. In WideX mode the arms sit at a 32.5° angle. Rotate the front arms 25° forward and the rear arms 25° backward and you have a StretchedX frame. Put the front arms in the 25° to rear position creates a deadcat frame shape. Mounting the arms in other position can create hybrid frame shapes. All this while also keeping up the strength and durability because what fun would be if we could also crash the sh*t out of it?
This frame fits standard fullsize FPV cameras or micro/mini cameras using the adapter brackets they come with. The motor mounting slots accommodate M3 16x16 through 19x19 motor mounting patterns. The arm's motor ends are sized big enough to provide some protection for 28xx size or smaller motors. 30.5x30.5mm and 20x20 FC/ESC stack mounting holes. If you need a high voltage PDB I recommend using either the BrainFPV Radix2 8S/160a PDB or the Matek PDB-HEX. The APD360 PDB will not fit. Room and mounting holes in the rear for a Caddx Vista HD Unit. This frame can swing a maximum 7.5" prop.
Recommended powertrain would be include 28xx size motors. For 6S setup recommend use 1300-1500kv motors, minimum 45a 4in1 ESC, and a 1800mah-3000mah battery. For 8S setups I recommend 900-1180kv motors.
This frame uses is made to use all the open source TBS SourceOne GoPro and rear antenna mounts.
